Marvellous and beautiful location easy to arrange transportation from airport, good for visiting Playa del Carmen. Also - near six different restaurants as well as the beach, a gym, several bars.

Had absolutely amazing stay for my vacation and the weather was glorious. I loved the convenience of the junior suite with jacuzzi on the balcony.

There was a well-equipped and well-kept room with a garden view. The breakfast had good choice of food, like fresh fruit and breads. The location was prime and tranquil and the room was spotless. The breakfast was above average and freshly cooked, the check in was easy.

Fantastic check-in, easy and welcoming. Beautiful and clean resort. Great food options, especially at Bana and Blue Agave. Friendly and attentive staff throughout the resort. Lovely spa facilities. Comfy and spacious room. Excellent allergen advice for food.

The hotel was immaculately clean and modern, had magnificent views of the jungle. I was there for 8 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for dinner. It was in the central location to the ruins at Tulum. And it was also just off the wonderful restaurants, the beach was almost clear and wildlife such as iguanas and coatimundis.

The venue was in a central location close enough to the Carribean / Mexico, better stand in the middle of a doorway blocking traffic to play ring-around-the-poise and the 3rd best restaurant. The stuff was very good & compassionate. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with a king bed.

Nice room, very comfy bed and large bathroom. Tranquil and particularly good location and delicious breakfast with the grill and the Coconut ice cream and healthy options.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The facilities, including the pool area and the gym, were modern and well-equipped. Transportation was easily accessible, with taxis available right outside the resort. The location was convenient, with sit-down restaurants and water activities nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
